Stocks in news March 13th: On Friday, the early trends of both Sensex and Nifty reported a bearish trend, the Sensex lost 3,800 points and Nifty lost 900 points in the stock market. After some time, the  Sensex lost 198.35 points with a 0.63% decrease and reached 32,578.57 level. While the Nifty lost 56.30 points with a 0.59% decrease and reached 9,539.85 level.

Yes Bank: On Thursday, SBI decided to buy shares of Yes Bank worth Rs 7,250 crore with Rs 10 per equity share. It also said the bank will maintain 49% stakes in Yes bank for 3 years under RBI’s Draft scheme.

However, on Friday, the State Bank of India reported a bullish trend in the stock market after its consecutive losses. The Bank gained 4.95 points with a 2.30% increase and reached 216.70 INR. While in BSE, it gained 3.25 points with a 1.74% increase and reached 216.60 INR.
